PURPOSE:To facilitate an electric feeding method of a self-traveling linear elevator. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil 4 is set on a track of an elevator shaft, commutator pieces 21 for power receiving are installed on both side ends, an electric line 23 is laid along the moving direction of a carrier 2 in the elevator shaft and a driving electric power source is fed to it, a secondary coil 6 on the carrier 2 is energized by way of receiving the electric power source by bringing a brush 22 installed on the carrier 2 into contact with the electric line 23, an electric current control device 25 set on the carrier 2 is also electrified, and output of this electric current control device 25 is fed to the primary coil 4 through a primary coil brush 26 and the commutator pieces 21 for power receiving. Consequently, by controlling strength and the sense of direction of a shifting magnetic field by way of controlling the direction and size of an electric current fed to the primary coil 4, speed control of the carrier 2 is carried out. |
