<p>Method for indicating anomalies in machines for distributing beverages and food products, comprising the following steps: - generation of an encoded signal, at radio frequency, by a pulse generator connected to the machine by an interface; - receiving and decoding of the said signal by a receiver located in an area which can be reached by the signal from a certain number of distributors; - activation of a signal light on a display unit on the controller, the signal light indicating which machine is faulty; - demodulation of the signal from the decoder and consequent activation of a telephone dialler which dials the number of the assistance service; - when the call is answered, activation of a voice synthesizer which informs the operator of the presence of the fault. <IMAGE></p> |
