PURPOSE:To provide the antireflective article which has excellent heat resistance, surface hardness, durability and antireflectiveness and is free from microcracks by providing an antireflection film consisting of inorg. films on a hardening film provided on a crosslinked resin having a glass transition temp. of a specific value or above. CONSTITUTION:This antireflective article has the hardening film on the crosslinked resin having >=130 deg.C glass transition temp. and is further provided with the antireflection film consisting of >=1 layers of the inorg. film on this hardening film. A copolymer prepd. by polymerizing a compsn. contg. 20 to 98wt.% monomer expressed by formula and 2 to 80wt.% multifunctional monomer having >=2 pieces of unsatd. groups and having >=30wt.% total weight ratio of the monomer expressed by the formula and the multifunctional monomer having >=2 pieces of unsatd. groups is preferably used as the crosslinked resin. In the formula, R<3> denotes the substituent selected from hydrogen and 1 to 20C hydrocarbon groups; R<1>, R<2> denote the substituent selected from hydrogen, methyl group and ethyl group. |
