The apparatus has a switched capacitor filter employing an exact cut off frequency and a digital synthesis function. It comprises the following: a sinusoidal generator (1) for generating a constant frequency; a frequency divider (2); a PROM for outputting the stored data; a D/A converter; a current/voltage converter (8); a switching capacitor filter for periodically switching and eliminating the switching noise; a level control for controlling the magnitude of voltage; a multiplexer (11).
