The drum-protecting apparatus includes a lever hinged on one side of a housing and on whose lower portion an outward protrusion to be pressed by a pressing protrusion of a first lever is formed, a slider whose one end is coupled to the front end of the lever and whose other end is tied to a rotation shaft of a protecting device, and the protecting device installed in front center of the housing and rotating according to the horizontal movement of the slider, thereby minimizing the apparatus.
