The invention relates to an adsorption device (1) comprising a cartridge (20) having at least one substantially tight sidewall (23) resting on a porous bottom (22) containing an adsorbing bed, and a gas adsorption means (2). The fabrication of the adsorption means (1) is carried out through the following steps: introduction of at least one expanded polymer material (33), a pulverulant active material (32), water and an agglutinating substance in a confined and fluid-tight container; agitation of said container; removal from the container of the contents formed by the expanded polymer material (33), the active material (32), the water and the agglutinating substance. It may be appropriate for a plant for purification of polluted water by adsorption of undesirable desorbed gas. |
