The vessel is filled with an insulation medium enclosing the electrical device, a perpendicular flange (4) around the vessel wall (1) being used for fixing a cover (2) by screws (6...8). The flange has an edge lip (5) bent through 90 degrees in the direction of the vessel base. The screw head (6) or nut is held against rotation by a holding rail (9) in the space between the vessel wall and the edge lip. Pref. the holding rail is of plastics material and has a width equal to that of the space between the vessel wall and the edge lip, the screw heads having a polygonal cross-section and embedded in the holding rail. ADVANTAGE - Reduced expenditure for mfg. equipment.
