PURPOSE:To widen a selection width of ink by preventing a thermal change of ink caused by heat generation of a heater in an ink jet printing head and a nozzle clogging occurrence. CONSTITUTION:Ink 11 is prevented from coming in contact with an upper portion of a heater 3 directly by supplying a bubble generating liquid 71 to a bottom portion of an ink liquid room 10 formed on an upper portion of a circular heater 3 on a substrate 1 and covering the upper portion of the heater 3 by the bubble generating liquid 71.
