PURPOSE:To display video information on a receiver of a house through interruption by using a common viewing line for a multiple dwelling house or the like to send the video information and sending a signal representing presence of the video information through an in-premises line. CONSTITUTION:Video information (video signal) from a video information generating section 3 or a document camera 4 in a management section A is modulated on a required channel by an RF modulation section 5, a mixer section 6 is used to mix the modulated information through a common viewing line for a television broadcast or the like and a distributer 7 is used to distribute the mixed signal to each house. A button provided to each house is depressed at a message input section 1 to inform the presence of the video information to a relevant house via a private branch of exchange 2 in an in-premises line. A lamp of a display section 8 or the like is lighted in a house section B based on the signal representing the presence of the video information, a discrimination section 9 discriminates the signal, a receiver 11 is controlled to receive the signal modulated by the RF modulation section to display video information by the image receiving control part 10 via a control part 13.
