<p>PURPOSE:To remarkably shorten work time when a schedule is inputted and to attain accuracy for a schedule character string to be inputted in an office schedule system. CONSTITUTION:When the schedule is inputted, an input auxiliary menu display device 114 receives information inputted from a keyboard 102 via an input parameter controller 103, and displays an input auxiliary menu. When a user selects a character string displayed on the input auxiliary menu, the information is delivered to a schedule character string input device 105, and a schedule character string is inputted selectively. Also, when maintenance is applied to the input auxiliary menu, an input auxiliary menu maintenance device 108 receives the information from the user via the input parameter controller, and performs the maintenance on the input auxiliary menu by delivering control to a character string registration device 109 or a character string deletion device 110.</p> |
