PURPOSE:To maintain good form holding property without being affected by a temp. change by specifying a residual shrinkage rate, stiffness in a longitudinal direction and a drawing coefft. of a tape. CONSTITUTION:The residual shrinkage rate of the tape (the residual shrinkage rate in the longitudinal direction of the tape when the tape is heated from 25 deg.C up to 40 deg.C under 300g/mm<2> load, is successively held for one hour at 40 deg.C and is then returned again to 25 deg.C by allowing the tape to cool) is <=0.005% and further the stiffness in the longitudinal direction of the tape is <=1.5g/mm<2>. The drawing coefft. F of the tape satisfies the equation. Generation of such a trouble as collapse of winding in the pan cake of the tape by a change of temp. and humidity, more particulary a change of temp. in a storage place, during transportation, etc., is thereby prevented. In-cassetting of the tape is, therefore, smoothly executed. |
