PURPOSE:To exactly set the metal plate at the prescribed position on the working table. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 1 is supported freely movable on a working table. Arms 53, 54 of air cylinders 51, 52 arranged along the Y direction have respectively rollers 55. When the air cylinders 51, 52 are moved, the periphery part of the metal plate 1 is pushed by the roller 55 and moved to the Y direction, and made in contact with the limit switches 40, 41. Next, when the air cylinder 56 arranged along the X direction pushes the periphery part of the metal plate 1, the metal plate 1 is moved to the X direction, and positioned by the limit switch 45 and the positioning pin 44. Due to the signal of three limit switches, the total air cylinder is returned to the origin and the position of the metal plate 1 is fixed by the clamp device 42, 43. |
