The switch unit of a transmitter is designed not to distort a signal. The switch unit includes attenuators (30-1 - 30-n) for attenuating an input signal to a certain level, spliters (30-1 - 30-n) for spliting the output signals of the attenuators (30-1 - 30-n), relays (RL4-1 - RL4-n) for outputting the output signal of a splitter to a normal close terminal during a working mode and for outputting the output signal of the spliter to an open terminal during a protection mode, and resisters (RT3-1 - RT3-n) connected between a normal closed terminal and a ground terminal.
