PURPOSE:To increase a winding accuracy and to attain a normal winding with no space left between wire rods by causing a winding nozzle to directly go to a back of a core pole, in a winding machine which winds the wire rod around the core pole, etc., of a motor core by means of the winding nozzle which is rotated by a flyer. CONSTITUTION:A winding nozzle 7 is installed on a flyer 1 through an arm 3 and a nozzle holder 6. The winding nozzle 7 is so designed as to be tightly adhered to a guide face 11 of a nozzle guide member 10 through the nozzle holder 6. The guide face 11 is formed in the shape of a taper. By rotating the flyer 1, the arm 3, the nozzle holder 6 and the winding nozzle 7 and then oscillating them axially with the guide member 10 being at rest axially, the winding nozzle 7 is carried along a slant locus along which the winding nozzle 7 may draw nearer to the core pole (a) by the part which is nearer to a back section. By closing and opening the rotation mode, a normal winding is made. |
