printing certain patterns on the surface of a paper by printing rollers; passing the depressed surface of the print rollers through the bath, containing the glittering material whose particle diameter is 1-3 mm and the transparent synthetic resin adhesive, made by mixing 60-80 g wt. of dioctylphthalate as a plasticizer with 100 g of PVC, so that the mixing conc. of the glittering material against the adhesive is 10-50 % in volumetric term; while contacting the surface of the paper with the depressed roller, engraved in specific patterns, and rotating in certain depth of the bath so that the glittering material and the adhesive filling the depression are contacted with the surface of the paper.
