摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure the attachment of an active energy beam-curable sheet to the surface of a molded product obtained by resin injection after preliminary molding in a manner of improved uniformity by emitting an energy beam to a part which hits the angle of the sheet, then curing the part to such an extent that it does not stretch during preliminary molding, and irradiating the molding product with the energy beam to cure an uncured part. CONSTITUTION:An active energy beam-curable sheet 1 sticks airtightly to the surface of a heating plate 2 due to suction force and then is heated to be moved to the surface of a cavity 5 in a female die 4. Next, the sheet 1 adheres tightly to the molding surface of the female die 4 in a pressure chamber, thus being preliminarily molded. The sheet 1 is subjected to the energy beam for curing on the part which hits a character or an angle, the expansion of which is not desirable during the preliminary molding of the sheet 1. Consequently, the part is cured, then is die-clamped, and resin is injected into the cavity 5 to obtain a molded. After that, the uncured part of the sheet 1 is cured by emission of the beam, so that the sheet 1 which covers the molded product as a film does no longer become thin or leave characters deformed, and the uniformity of the attached sheet 1 is enhanced.
