Sleeve of trocar for the endoscopic examination and surgery of body cavities. The invention relates to a sleeve (1) of a trocar, automatically held in closed position and which must open a passage for an instrument while preserving the sealing caracteristics, and comprising an elastic valve having elastic slotted discs (7), an elastic washer (8) with a circular central opening and a rigid washer (6) both held in compression relationship in a valve chamber (2) and force mounted through an internal flange (3). Shearing of the elastic slotted discs (7) and of the elastic washer with central circular opening (8) is avoided by selecting the diameters of the rigid washer (6) and of the expansion chamber (4) larger than the nominal diameter of instruments designed for use with the considered trocar. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for trocars used in endoscopy of body cavities, and particularly disposable trocars. |
