摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the durability of the refractories compounded with a magnesia-aluminous spiral raw material, alumina raw material and carbonaceous raw material for a sliding nozzle by improving the oxidation resistance thereof. CONSTITUTION:The refractory base material of the refractories for the sliding nozzle is formed by compounding 5 to 50wt.% magnesia-aluminous spiral raw material contg. 30 to 80wt.% MgO and 20 to 70wt.% Al2O3, 40 to 80wt.% alumina raw material and 1 to 10wt.% carbonaceous raw material. The powder of a magnesium-boron composite is added at 0.2 to 10wt.% in outer percentage to the refractory base material compounded in such a manner. The oxidation of the carbonaceous raw material is prevented and the durability of the nozzle is enhanced by adding the powder of the magnesium-boron composite in such a manner. |
