<p>PURPOSE:To improve the external appearance and unsymmetrical wear resistance by a method wherein the state in which the divided position of a split mold interscts a siping, is prevented from occurring. CONSTITUTION:The state, in which the divided position of a split mold intersects a siping, is prevented from occurring by finishing the siping within pitch pieces 15, 16 and 17, even under the condition that the siping has peripheral components, and, at the same time, positioning the divided position B of a split mold 36 on the boundaries of the pitch pieces 15, 16 and 17. For the sake of this, the number of pitch pieces 15, 16 and 17 corresponding to the peripheral length T of a tread and the combination of the pitch pieces 15, 16 and 17 corresponding to the inner peripheral length L of a split mold 36 are respectively calculated so as to add their combinations by the number of the split molds 36 in order to find out the number of the pitch pieces 15, 16 and 17 in the combinations coincide with the number of the pitch pieces 15, 16 and 17 corresponding to the peripheral length of the tread so as to form tread pattern on the basis of the found-out combinations.</p> |
