The circuit includes a zero cross detection circuit (11) for detecting the zero cross point and for driving the square wave signal, an edge detector (14) for generating the edge detection signal, a 1st stability circuit (12) for driving the pulse signal, a 3rd stability circuit (15) for driving the 2nd pulse signal, a 1st logic product gate (17) for outputting the edge detection signal, a 5th stability circuit (19) for driving the 3rd pulse signal, a 4th stability circuit(16) for driving the 5th pulse signal, a 2nd logic product gate (18) for outputting the edge detection signal form the edge detecter(14).
