PURPOSE:To automatically ensure the allocation through a delivery center, i.e., a subordinate warehouse or a central warehouse less signidicant than the delivery center if the allocation is impossible at a shipment warehouse. CONSTITUTION:An initial processing part 1 refers to a warehouse deciding table F3, a route deciding table F4, and a delivery lead time deciding table F5 to decide the hierarchy of a relevant warehouse, the routes set between the warehouses and to the delivery destinations, and the lead time detween the warehouses and to the delivery destinations for each reception of orders. A warehouse-based allocation processing part 2 refers to those decided information and a delivery mail deciding table F6 to prepare the allocation detailed file updating information and a delivery order considering the quantity of orders received covering the host warehouses through the subordinate warehouses and the possibility of the inventory allocation that satisfies the time limit of delivery for each reception of orders. A file updating part 3 updates an allocation detailed file F7 and a delivery order file F2 based on the allocation detailed file updating information and the delivery order which are produced for the reception of orders that is decided by the part 2 as to satisfy the deliver of total order-received quantity before the limit time. |
