<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fault-section orienting apparatus, whereby the cost of the apparatus is inexpensive, installation work is easy and the section where the grounding fault has occurred can be accurately indicated. CONSTITUTION:A CT 2 is attached to an overhead earth-wire 1. The induced current, which is flowing through the overhead earth-wire 1, is detected, and a capacitor charging part 5 is charged. The CT 2 detects the splitting current into the overhead earth-wire 1 when the ground-fault current flows. A trigger circuit 10 is operated, and the capacitor charging part 5 is discharged. A flash lamp emits light 11 by the discharge, and a display device is operated.</p> |
