PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive solar cell module with high conversion efficiency and resistance to bending and temperature fluctuation of the module, and hardly shortcircuited. CONSTITUTION:Within the solar cell module comprising multiple solar cell elements 120, 121 having a lower electrode layer 102, a semiconductor layer 103, an upper electrode layer 104 and a collector electrode 105 of the upper electrode 104 on a conductive substrate 101, the solar cell element 120 and the other solar cell element 121 adjacent to the former element 120 are to be connected by a connector 110 in laminated structure comprising a conductive member 112 and an insulating member 111. |
