PURPOSE:To prevent the floating of a seat securely even if the pressure is increased by the change of specification by changing the fixing of the seat by means of air to the fixing by means of a mechanical means. CONSTITUTION:A blow core inserting device 32 consists of a longitudinal direction guide component 32a mounted on the upper section of a blow molding operation section, a seat 33 of a blow core 38 retained to be lifted and lowered freely on the guide component 32a and a seat lifting device 32 installed in parallel with a seat side section and operated by air pressure. A stopper device 41 for fixing the seat 33 is installed on the lowering position of the seat 33.
