PURPOSE:To inform an indisposition by dialing a registered telephone number so as to generate an indisposition notice tone when indisposition is discriminated by measurement information from a health state monitor means. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of an incoming call, a control section 1 receives blood pressure measurement data from a health state monitor section 9 to control a voice signal processing section 4 and a radio signal processing section 3 and to output blood pressure measurement data via an antenna 2. Furthermore, the control section 1 usually or periodically receives the blood pressure measurement data from the health state monitor section 9 to discriminate whether or not the data indicate an abnormal value. When the blood pressure measurement data indicate an abnormal value, it is informed to the user via a speaker 8 and when no key entry is implemented by the user, it is discriminated that notice is required to control the voice signal processing section 4 and the radio signal processing section 3 thereby making dialing to a telephone number recorded in a telephone number memory 10. When the line is connected, the control section 1 gives a command to an abnormity notice sound source section 11 to inform the indisposition. |
