PURPOSE:To materialize the downsizing of a pump by installing an injection opening at the highest position in a system to be cleaned and a discharge opening at the lowest position in the system. CONSTITUTION:In equipment in which a high viscosity lubricant 2 for rolling in a tank 1 is sucked up by a pump 3 and ejected from a nozzle 5 through a supply pipe 4, a branch pipe 6 for cleaning is connected to the supply pipe 4 at its highest position ; a water injection pipe 7 and a steam injection pipe 8 are connected to the branch pipe 6. The injection pipes 7, 8 are equipped with check valves 11, 12 and valves 13, 14, respectively. A drain 16 equipped with a valve 15 is arranged at the lower position of the supply pipe 4. In this composition, at the time of blow cleaning, with an electromagnetic valve 17 closed, water is supplied to the nozzle 5 through the valve 13 or 14, or steam is supplied to the nozzle 5 through the branch pipe 6. The lubricant in the supply pipe 4 is discharged together with water or steam from the drain 16 through the valve 15 for cleaning. |
