PURPOSE:To provide a wire harness with a shield capable of realizing an excellent shielding effect not only in the middle but also at the vicinity of a terminal, and a method for manufacturing the wire harness in a few processes. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 44 and a metal foil polyester laminate tape 14 are peeled off by a predetermined length L1 at the tip of a covered electric wire with a shield so that a core wire portion 62 is exposed. The aluminum foil polyester laminate tape 14 is peeled off by a given length L2 in the core wire portion 62, thus forming a covered holding region 64. A core wire connecting portion of a terminal is connected to the core wire portion 62. The covered holding region 64 is held by a covered holder of the terminal. Consequently, since the covered electric wire can be covered with the aluminum foil polyester laminated tape even at the vicinity of the terminal, an excellent shielding effect can be realized not only in the middle but also at the vicinity of the terminal. |
