<p>A cash check-out centre has an infeed conveyor (1) for goods, a discharge conveyor (3) and possibly an intermediate conveyor (2) therebetween. A cash box with inserts (11, 12) is placed in the extension of the infeed conveyor (1) between this and the discharge conveyor (3). The lid (8) of the cash box is moveably supported in the vertical direction and is connected to a transducer to a weighing apparatus and therefore functions as a weighing platform for the goods. The lid (8) is, via a joint (17), openably connected to a beam (15) which, via the transducer, is connected to the frame of the cash check-out centre. The beam (15) has arms (16) for supporting the edge of the lid (8) located distally from the joint (17). <IMAGE></p> |
