PURPOSE:To inspect a number of agricultural products efficiently and speedily by transporting them to an inspection position continuously, successively, rapidly, accurately, and one by one. CONSTITUTION:A number of irregular agricultural products 18 which are thrown into a hopper 17 are aligned by a conveyer 3 for alignment and are transported, they are transferred one by one onto a conveyer 21 for carrying-in with a faster transportation speed than that of the conveyer 3 for alignment for separating the agricultural products, and at the same time their attitude is changed by a guide member 28 for aligning direction and they are carried into an inspection position. Their inside is inspected at the inspection position by an ultrasonic inspector and they are carried out by a conveyer 44 for carrying-out and then conforming and non-conforming articles are screened according to the inspection result of the ultrasonic inspector by a selector halfway during transportation. |
