<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an image reader capable of excellently reading image without causing uneven lighting and out-of-focus by mounting a mask film on the surface of a movable table in a closely contact state. CONSTITUTION:As for the image reader where an image-formed film MF is mounted on an inspection table 4 moving in one direction and the image read part 6 reads the image of the film MF, a fixing means(film sucking hole 41) provided at the part of the inspection table 4 and fixing one end part of the film MF, and a press means 8(a press roller 82, a spring 84, etc.) successively pressing the film MF moved with the inspection table 4 to the surface of the movable table from one end part to the other end part with the movement of the inspection table 4 are installed; and the film MF comes closely in contact with the surface of the inspection table 4 by the press roller 82.</p> |
