The injector unit incorporates a mixer or regulator (35) between the hot water feed and injector. The mixer or regulator has a cold water feed linked to the cold water feed circuit for the machine with a view to maintaining an ideal constant temp. independent of the conditions of use, and its output is situated close to the injection point.The housing of the mixer or regulator is in direct mechanical and thermal contact with the injector, and the mixer is in the form of a thermostatic limiter or regulator. The mixer or regulator is in the form of a hollow metal housing containing a mixing chamber with an inner thermostatic capsule and a pressure rod which actuates a regulating piston.
