PURPOSE: To effectively and easily stop on a member to be discriminated such as a conductor, a tube, a cable or the like, a sleeve of a discrimination circuit, while keeping the remarkably simple discrimination method. CONSTITUTION: A discrimination device is used for an electric cable, an optical conductor or a tube for fluid. A sleeve 11 for holding or protecting a discrimination element, is tightly mounted on a stop element 15 having a hook 18 of the shape corresponding to the coating 13 of the cable. |
