PURPOSE:To reduce electric noise, noise generated from a motor, etc., at the time of a drive control of the motor, etc., by outputting a signal of a smooth waveform in which an overshoot and an undershoot do not occur at the time of rising and falling. CONSTITUTION:A signal output from a first buffer 10e which inputs an input signal is input to shift registers 6a, 6b, and second buffers 10a-10d are controlled ON/OFF by output signals of the registers 6a, 6b. Thus, ON resistances of entire output buffers can be gradually varied to obtain output signals having waveforms of smooth rising and falling. |
