An excellent hair growth stimulant containing as the active ingredient a condensate of a hydrolyzed collagen protein with a fatty acid or a salt of said condensate. The hair growth stimulant effect can be further improved by adding thereto another hair growth stimulant component and/or a dermatotelangiectactic component.
