PURPOSE:To prevent the shift of a product at the time of the taking-out of the product and to efficiently take out the product by performing injection molding and demolding in such a state that an ejector pin is allowed to protude from a mold and preventing the shift of a molded object by the ejector pin. CONSTITUTION:A mold 2 and an upper mold are used to form an inner layer 1 and, thereafter, the upper mold is replaced with a mold 4 to form an outer layer 5. A cylindrical part 6 is provided to the rear surface of the inner layer 1 in a protruding state and the tip of an ejector pin 7 is fitted in the cylindrical part 6. As a result, the shift of a product at the time of demolding is prevented by the ejector pin 7 and the product can be easily taken out by a taking-out machine. Further, the damage of the product by the mold is also prevented. The shift of the inner layer 1 at the time when the mold 3 is replaced with the cover mold is also prevented. |
