<p>PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the opening-closing operation of a display device at the time of printing by performing a printing start key operation in a state with the display device closed by providing a push-button on the surface of the display device which can be opened and closed for the electronic equipment so that a printing start button located under the display device is depressed in the state with the display device closed. CONSTITUTION:A push-button 3 is fitted in a recessed section 1a on a case 1 of the display device. The push-button 3 is energized upward by means of a spring 6, controlling the upward movement by means of a rib 3b. The push- button 3 is made of a transparent or high light transmissive member. A through hole 2a through which a shaft 3a slides is formed in the display lower case 2. The back light emitted from an opening section 7a is cast on the shaft 3a of the push-button 3, lighting the entire push-button 3. With the push-button 3 depressed, the shaft 3a is exposed under the display lower case 2, depressing the key top of a printing start button at a lower location. Thus, the printing start key operation can be performed with the display device closed, dispensing with the opening and closing operation of the display device at the time of printing.</p> |
