PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITION HAVING HIGH CONTENT OF WATER OF CRYSTALLIZATION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce an economic composition having a large amount of ettringite in a short reaction time. CONSTITUTION:A composition having high content of water of crystallization is produced by the first process for blending 100 pts.wt. fine powder of granulated slag of blast furnace with 2,000-6,000 pts.wt. treating water at 50-90 deg.C into a slurried state under stirring, the second process for adding 30-60 pts.wt. solution of sulfuric acid to the slurry and carrying out an intermediate stirring treatment for 0.5-4 hours, the third process for adding 10-100 pts.wt. slaked calcium or quick lime to the slurry prepared by the second process and carrying out the final stirring treatment for 9-24 hours and the forth process for filtering and dehydrating the slurry obtained by the third process.
