摘要

Chicken growth hormone (CGH) was synthesized according to the amino acid sequence of CGH by DNA synthesizer and polymerase chain reaction. The synthesizing gene was cloned with E. coli vector (ptrp322H-HGH) to obtain expression vector (trp-CST) contg. chicken growth hormone gene. The expression vector was inserted into the E. coli W3110 (ATTC 27325). The transformed E. coli is used for production of chicken growth hormone in high yield.
