PURPOSE:To immediately recognizes the occurrence of the fault of a program, and to prevent erroneous data from being written in a data area on a memory, and a data destruction, at the time of executing a writing command. CONSTITUTION:The writing invalidation identification values of both a program address area in a program area 2 of a memory 1, and a data address area in a data area 3 of the memory 1 to which a writing is operated by a program, are set and stored by a registering memory 6. Then, the writing invalidation identification value added to a data address in the data area 3 on the memory 1 to which the writing is operated by the command of a program address in which a wiring command exists in the program area 2 on the memory 1 is retrieved by a retrieving circuit 7. The writing validation identification value retrieved by the retrieving circuit 7 is compared with the writing validation identification value stored in the registering memory 6 by a comparator check circuit 5, and when they are matched, the writing of the data is operated. |
