PURPOSE:To scrupulously reduce consumption energy by off-controlling not only an electric equipment inside a tenant room but also the electric equipment in an elevator hall, a path, etc., which the tenants use in common when the tenant is absent. CONSTITUTION:When the vacant state of the tenant room T1 (T2) which is far from the elevator hall R is detected based on a lock state, the illumination of the path P1(P2) is turned off and, after that, the illumination of the path P3(P4) is also turned off when the tenant room T3(T4) is vacant. When the vacant state is detected in all the tenant rooms T1-T4, the illumination of the elevator hall R is turned off. When it is detected that a person comes to the floor first after that, the illumination of the elevator hall R and the illumination of the respective paths P1-P4 are all tuned on for prescribed time. |
