CONSTITUTION:Cells transformed by (A) a gene promoting extracellular secretion of products and (B) a plasmid bearing the structural gene for tuna growth hormone in the downstream region of said gene are cultured in a medium to directly secrete tuna growth hormone in the medium followed by collecting the objective hormone. |
