PURPOSE:To provide a downsized thin ultrasonic actuator having high rotational motion efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 2 is bonded to the bottom face each of a plurality of planar vibrators 1 having at least one protruding member 5 and the planar vibrator is supported by a vibrator supporting member 3 secured to a fixed member 4. A moving body 6 is brought into pressure contact with the protruding member 5 through a pressing means 7 and rotated together with the protruding member 5 through a rotation guide means 8 for the moving body. |
