The high pressure underground pipe is used for preventing a corrosion occurring from scales or foreign matters on the inner side of the pipe by covering non-toxic polyethylene resin layer over the inner/outer surface. The high pressure underground pipe comprises a metal plate (8) bent into a screw wave shape; an adherent resin layer (7) coated over the outer surface of the metal plate (8); a foam resin layer (6) forming a number of pores (3) over its inner and outer sides; a coating layer (2) including a non-toxic resin layer (2a) and an anticorrosion resin layer (2b) ; a resin layer (6a) having no pore.
