<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a resin type resistor having improved surface characteristics, heat resistance, etc., and high dielectric strength, by coating a substrate with a resistance ink composition consisting of specific components such as electrically conductive powder, polyol poly(meth)acrylate, etc., irradiating the composition with electron rays and curing. CONSTITUTION:(A) Electrically conductive powder(preferably powder of silver, gold, etc.) is dispersed into a blend obtained by blending (B) a (meth)acrylic acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol (preferably trimethylolpropane, etc.) containing >=3 hydroxyl groups with (C) an addition reaction product of glycidyl ether of phenol-formaldehyde low condensate or cresol-formaldehyde low condensate in a ratio of preferably 500/500-999/1 to give a resistance ink composition. The composition is applied to a substrate, irradiate with electron rays having preferably 0.1-50Mrad and and cured to give the aimed resin type resistor.</p> |
