The R,G,B signal breaker utilizes video mode transfer function of a color signal reproducing and reflecting IC to break drive signal of a CRT. The R,G,B signal breaker includes a mode control signal terminal (101) for receiving mode control signal to control video mode of a color signal reproducing and reflecting IC (10), a mode changing unit (40) for applying mode signal according to logical state of mode control signal to a color signal reproducing and reflecting IC (10), and a breaker (50) for changing state of mode control signal to a second logic state and breaking vertical feed-back signal (VF) when a break mode for screen adjusting is selected.
