<p>PURPOSE:To prevent contract terms from being judged as disagree at the monitoring point even though the contract terms are satisfied in the user's line by performing polishing by relaxing the terms to the time corresponding to the variance (CDV) of the waiting time in asynchronous multiplexing. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an input terminal 1 inputting signal to be monitored including the cell of one virtual pass index(VPI) and a cell detection circuit 2 corresponding to the VPI identification circuit inputting this signal. The circuit surrounded by broken line corresponds to the means transmitting discrimination output 7 so as to abolish cells identified by a cell detection circuit 2. If there is a cell exceeding the terms among incoming cells at the monitoring point, the circuit surrounded by broken line, one or more cells are virtually shifted by CDV. If it satisfies the requirements, cells are treated as coming in the virtually shifted time in the processing and the later.</p> |
