PURPOSE:To provide a proper working command in each process by considering the in processed amount of serial processes whose serial relation is not fixed in a multi-product production line. CONSTITUTION:A process managing device 1 receives the processing end scheduled date of a processing waiting lot and an in-processing lot from the preprocess, and when the preprocess is a process capable of efficiently processing plural lots of the same processing condition by collectively and simultaneously processing them, receives the processing end scheduled date from the preprocess and registers the date in a preprocess lot information storing part 7. Then a processing lot determining part 12 determines a lot to be executed next based upon information outputted from a data base managing device 2, the storing part 7, a self-process waiting lot information storing part 9, and an equipment driving information storing part 11. |
