For solder wave-protecting rails for printed-circuit boards, which allow the printed-circuit boards to be coupled to one another when passing through soldering machines without additional aids, it is proposed to provide the L-shaped wave-protecting rails (1, 2) with springs for clamping the printed-circuit boards. The longer limb, which is vertical in the in-use position, of the rear wave-protecting rail (2) (seen in the transportation direction) is fitted with hooks and that of the front wave-protecting rail (1) is fitted with mating holders so that the rear wave-protecting rail (2) can be suspended in the front wave-protecting rail (1) of the next printed-circuit board, and the mating holders prevent it becoming unhooked during transportation over abutment points between different conveyer levels.
