PURPOSE:To decrease propagation losses to light of a long-wavelength region by forming the cured matter of a fluorosilicone resin as a clad and the cured matter of a siloxane polymer as a core. CONSTITUTION:The cured matter of the fluorosilicone resin having the silanol skeleton expressed by formula I is formed as the clad and the cured matter by light of the siloxane polymer expressed by formula II is formed as the core. In the formula I, R<1>, R<2> may be the same or different and denote a fluorine- contained org. group; (p) denotes >=3 integer. In the formula II, R<3>, R<8> may be the same or different and denote an acryloyl group, methacryloyl group, vinyl group, allyl group, propenyl group, butenyl group, bentenyl group, hexacenyl group, etc.; R<4> to R<7> may be the same or different and denote 1 to 12C alkyl group, 1 to 12C alkoxy group, phenyl group, phenoxy group, naphthyl group, anthryl group; m, n denote an integer satisfying m+n>=10. |
