SEAL ARRANGEMENT

Sealing arrangement for sealing off a shaft (3) guided through the hole (1) in a wall (2), comprising a radial shaft-sealing ring (4) which in sealing fashion surrounds the circumference of the shaft (3) to be sealed off with at least one sealing lip (5) of elastomeric material under radial prestress, the sealing lip (5) being fixed on a radially inward-pointing first limb (6) of an essentially L-shaped first reinforcing ring (7), the second limb (8) extending in the axial direction, being encased in elastomeric material at least in the region of its axial boundary (8.1) and touching the wall (2) in sealing fashion with radial prestress. Arranged radially between the shaft (3) and the second limb (8) is a rolling-contact bearing (9) which is supported by its inner race (9.1) on the shaft (2) and by its outer race (9.2) in the encased region of the second limb (8).
